Amy was so quick to help me when I was in a panic. I needed a specific medication that I take every day. However the cost was well over $500.00. I've been dealing with health insurance people forever. Usually it's an angst-filled experience; however, with Amy it was a downright pleasure. She worked with me to get the best rates for the most appropriate coverage, while being very patient with me. I'm happy to call her my insurance agent.
With our incredibly confusing health system (system???) -- which puts us regular people at the bottom of the priority list -- it's great to have someone on our side who can cut through the blizzard of information and options and steer us in a smart direction. Amy does that.
Amy graciously worked around my busy schedule to meet with me. Then she took the time to thoroughly explain all the options that were available as well as the pros and cons of each plan. An hour later I was walking out the door with a big smile because I have better coverage than before and am saving nearly $100 per month. She is completely amazing!!! It was like six months or so before my eligibility that I started receiving Medicare information right and left. It was very nerve racking and a bit scary. A business associate gave me Amy's name and I called her right away. She jumped right in and started explaining things in terms I could understand. She got me signed up with no hitches and I am now reaping the rewards of Medicare life. Amy is such a joy to work with and I just love her enthusiasm.
